Zonta Beaudesert is supporting local young people via the Share the Dignity campaign.

Donations of personal hygiene products including hair bands, tampons, pads, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and soap can be dropped off to the Trilogy Accounting office and will be distributed to students in need at Beaudesert State High School (BSHS) via the Guidance Counsellor, School Nurse and School Chaplain.

Zonta member Samantha Newsham said donations have already been distributed.

“We hope this makes a difference to students where their families are not able to provide products for them,” she said.

“They are making the effort to get to school and  we would like them to feel they have support from their community.”

This is separate to the Share the Dignity campaign running through supermarkets in town.
