It is the second year Des and wife Sandra have decorated their place and he came into the Beaudesert Bulletin office to give us the news tip.
Des, 83, said it was a form of expression.
“I’m artistic and I like doing unusual things – I’m a watercolour artist, a classic car enthusiast and I was a good sportsman in my day,” he said.
