Darlington Community Markets are back and, as those who have been to this quirky event will know, there’s nothing quite like it.
Cute as a button, totally unique, with live music, great food and coffee, your day is complete!
Set in the beautiful Lost World Valley on the grounds of Darlington State School, these markets have become a highly-anticipated annual affair, offering a unique country experience.
The markets’ theme is home grown, homemade, handmade, local, organic, upcycled and fair trade and all stalls are carefully selected.
These are the perfect markets to families, with plenty of games and entertainment for children in addition to the great stalls that parents will enjoy.
The annual Duck Race is much anticipated and a highlight of the event.
Music will be provided by local country band Griffin County, featuring Kylie Moss on vocals.
There will be a mouth-watering sausage sizzle and burger stand as well as a cake stall from the Darlington State School P&C,with delicious coffee from Lost World Coffee and desserts and ice cream from The Dessert Co.
By supporting the Darlington Community Markets, you’ll be helping the Darlington State School P&C fundraise for the school.
Darlington Community Markets are on 29 October 2023 from 8am to 12noon at Darlington State School, 2744 Kerry Road, Darlington. Entry is free (optional gold coin donation).
