The Beaudesert community, alongside many veterans, stood out in the humid air for Remembrance Day.
The Beaudesert RSL Sub Branch held a beautiful service at Jubilee Park to commemorate all Australians who defended the Nation and pay respects to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
The service started with a warm welcome by Beaudesert RSL Senior Vice President John Leatherbarrow as Pastor Josh Cocks continued the service with prayer.
Piper Aileen Cooper performed during the laying of the wreaths as local schools and the public laid down a wreath of their own.
The service was swiftly wrapped up with the National Anthem performed by the Scenic Rim Community Choir, A-Choired Taste.
As another year passes, we remember them.
