Max the retired racing greyhound really landed on his feet with Gleneagle couple Lucy and Kristian Schluter.
The loveable lanky Max, who will be 10 in March, has been part of Lucy and Kristian’s family since they rescued him through the Greyhound Adoption Program in Tasmania in 2016.
He loves his bed and even has boots to protect his feet when they take him for a walk.
Here’s what Lucy has to say about Max:
“He adopted us, really, he came up and leant on my leg and that was that,” she said.
“He’s just a sweet-natured boy, very loyal, quite a shadow and always ‘helps’ us when we’re doing things like working from home or making pottery.”
