A local fleet maintenance and repair company has shone among its state counterparts, taking out Queensland Franchise of the Year recently.

Truck and Earth Group (NATRAD Beaudesert), a family-owned company started in 2012 by Daryl and Michelle Rodgers, received the award at the NATRAD AGM in Cairns on 8 October.

Daryl and Michelle, who received the award on behalf of the company, attributed the win to their strong team.

“Thanks to all our staff, Emma and Stephen Tout (daughter and son-in-law/workshop manager) for all their hard work,” they said.

“Not bad for a small business in a country town. We couldn’t do it without the support of locals and our team.”
