Agents Bartholomew and Co reported an outstanding yarding of heavy steers at their Beaudesert Store Sale on Saturday.

All descriptions sold to a much dearer market as recent rain and possibility of more on the way instilled confidence in buyers.

Dale Oppermann, Kerry sold Santa steers 18 months for $2000.
