Beaudesert boxer Dylan Biggs’ first professional fight ended in a win for Biggs, knocking out his opponent. Biggs said in the lead up to the match, he prepared for a long, hard match. “I put in more than ever, which paid off when I stepped into the ring,” he said.

Biggs’ opponent, Rachan Klomgleang, was no match for Biggs who quickly dispensed with a series of hard, fast punches which Klomgleang could not recover from. “A knockout was always the goal. Whether it happened was up to me and my opponent.”

Biggs, who trains with Beaudesert Boxing Club coach Justin O’Leary, said he had trained for whatever might happen on the night. Biggs thanked his major sponsor, Auzprint and his supporters. He is already training for his next fight on 24 July in Toowoomba.
