A change in ownership sees some new faces at Beaudesert Properties as well as the welcome return of an old friend.

Experienced real estate agent, Barry Johns has returned to Beaudesert Properties to work with new owners Jamie Douglas and Greg Moon.

Barry is well known in the Beaudesert property market after a long career in real estate and said he has been warmly welcomed back by locals.

He worked for Beaudesert Properties for 10 years prior to 2017 and is looking forward to reconnecting with local clients.

Jamie and Greg purchased Beaudesert Properties from Maree Richardson in March this year.

Jamie will be managing the business, with the assistance of existing team members Francesca La Macchia and Judy Ducat.

Jamie’s background is in local real estate and banking, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.

“We wanted to expand our reach in the Scenic Rim and Beaudesert Properties was on the market,” he said.  “It is an established business and a well-oiled machine.  It was a no brainer really.”

The business will have a fresh new look, but clients will have the same trusted service that Beaudesert Properties is well known for.

“We’re managing people’s biggest assets so it is important the people have continuity of service with people they trust.”

All of the Beaudesert Properties staff live locally and Jamie believes local connections are an important part of providing great service.

“We are looking to continue the excellent service people expect from Beaudesert Properties and share everything the Scenic Rim has to offer with our prospective buyers,” said Jamie.
