THE future of the Agricultural Show movement in Beaudesert is in good hands, with strong entries in this year’s Show Ambassador program.
The Beaudesert Showgrounds were buzzing with anticipation as the Beaudesert Show Society unveiled the winners of the 2024 Program.
Show Ambassador Coordinator Tim Andrews beamed with pride at the tremendous turnout and the exceptional quality of the entrants.
“This year’s Ambassador Afternoon was a testament to the remarkable individuals who embody the essence of Beaudesert Show,” he said.
“The level of talent and passion displayed by the participants was nothing short of inspiring.”
Beaudesert Show Ambassador Alumni Sarah MacGinley and 2023 Show Rural and Junior Ambassadors Sarah Thorpe and Kieren Cahill presented the awards.
Entrants for 2024 Rural Ambassador were Chloe Taylor, Charlotte Stubbs and Tiffany Chase.
Showgirl Entrants were Tiffany Chase, Charlotte Stubbs and Brianna Turner.
Junior Ambassador Entrants were Poppi-Anna Edwards, Lily Buchanan, Charlotte Lorenz-Stockdale, Alex Buchanan, Elizabeth Scott and Sophie Ward.
Following an intense deliberation by judges, the winners emerged, symbolising the soul of the Beaudesert Show Society Ambassadorship.
Charlotte Stubbs claimed the coveted title of 2024 Showgirl, with Brianna Turner shining as the deserving Runner-up.
Chloe Taylor seized the spotlight as the victorious 2024 Rural Ambassador, while Poppi-Anna Edwards wowed everyone to become the Junior Show Ambassador, with Sophie Ward declared the runner-up, amidst tough competition from all entrants.
The winners and all entrants will represent the Beaudesert community at events across Scenic Rim, and at Beaudesert Show on September 6 and 7.
