BEAUDESERT Kingfishers Under 13s to Under 17s celebrated a great season with a presentation night at Beaudesert Bowls Club.

Kingfisher Vice-President, Justin Kummerow congratulated the players, their parents and supporters on an outstanding season.

“Last night was spent celebrating the great season all the teams had showcasing how much all our teams have improved throughout the season,” he said.

Both the Under 14 Division One team and the Under 16 Division Two team finished as premiers of their division with decisive wins in their hard-fought grand final games.

On the back of an outstanding season for last year’s Senior Kingfisher Women, two strong girls teams played this season with Under 15 and Under 17 girls recognised on the night for their improvement and excellent play over the season.

Sean Arkinstall was recognised for 100 games for the Kingfishers, having joined the Club at the beginning of his football career.
