Worrying only changes one thing — you!

Worry changes nothing, except who we are.

Rather than worrying, may we always surrender to the will of God and remain who we are.

When we worry, we miss out, but when we continue to trust in God and continue being good, we embrace God’s blessings.

In Genesis 18:1-10, Abraham unknowingly welcomes God by offering hospitality to strangers.

His kindness leads to a miracle — a child in old age.

In Colossians 1:24-28, Paul encourages us to share Christ with others by living with open hearts.

And in Luke 10:38-42, Martha opens her home to Jesus but becomes so overwhelmed with tasks that she misses the most important guest, the Word Himself.

Jesus gently tells Martha, “You are anxious and troubled about many things.”

Sound familiar? We often overthink, overdo, and overlook what matters.

We stress over small details, matching curtains, perfect meals, endless to-do lists, thinking it proves our worth. But all it does is drain us.

Worry doesn’t solve problems; it only shrinks our peace and spirit.

“… worry adds no value (Luke 12:25-26)”.

Instead, it distracts us from the presence of God and the beauty of now.

It’s time to stop letting anxiety rewrite our personalities, turning us bitter, frantic, and spiritually dry.

The solution? Pray more. Worry less.

Philippians 4:6 urges us to bring everything to God in prayer. Take that worry list and make it your prayer list.

Let Jesus sit at the centre of our life – not your worries.

Worry doesn’t change our future – it only steals our present.

Win the war on worry – one prayer at a time.

Let God handle what you can’t. You were made to trust, not to carry it all.

God is good! All the time.
