Cydi the energetic but well-mannered little kelpie is just the right fit for Kylie Addy.
Kylie has had Cydi since she was an 8-week-old pup, and they live out at Tamrookum with Kylie’s daughter Layne, 13, and horses Zeta and Zeeva.
Through Kylie’s diligent training, Cydi has learned to skateboard, wave, play dead, lead a horse, and open cupboards on command.
Here’s what Kylie has to say about Cydi:
“I wanted a smart little portable dog I could take everywhere with me. Cydi is exactly what I pictured, and she goes pretty much everywhere with me,” she said.
“I want Cydi to be a good citizen and all dogs to be good citizens, which is why I spend so much time training my dog.
“Cydi is crazy with a fair bit of intensity but very sweet and smart too.”
