Scruffy the 7-year-old Pomeranian Bichon cross found himself feeling very at home on Corinne and Paul Teese’s dairy farm at Veresdale Scrub.
He loves going on the motorbike to ‘help’ muster the cows every afternoon and is good at defending his territory.
Here’s what Corinne has to say about Scruffy:
“He’s actually our son’s dog and he came for a visit about five years ago and he’s never gone home,” she said.
“He loves being on the farm and we call him our little muster dog, but really, he’s not – he just rides on the motorbike. We like him because he’s really good at alerting us to anything that’s not meant to be there – he’s a good little guard dog.”
